Bookings

Rest + Wild cabins handle bookings from persons over 21 years of age. We reserve the right, without giving reasons, to refuse a booking. When you submit your booking through the online reservation system you will receive an automated booking summary e-mail, to the e-mail address provided. Please check the email for any errors. The automated email does not form a contract between you and Rest + Wild cabins. Any issues must always be notified by email or telephone within 7 days following the receipt of the booking confirmation or before the start of your stay if that occurs within 7 days.

Occupancy

The cabins are designed for a maximum of two people, however, there is room for a travel cot if you wish to bring one.

Group bookings are accepted entirely at our discretion.

Check-in is from 4pm on the day of your arrival and check-out time is 10.30am. If you can, let us know roughly when you’ll arrive so that we can ensure the cabin is warm. We reserve the right to make a surcharge for a departure later than ten minutes from the agreed check-out time, as this adversely affects the quality of provision we are able to offer the next incoming guest.

Pets

Well-behaved dogs can be accommodated by prior arrangement. Due to roaming livestock, they must be kept on a lead at all times. We will provide you with a stake, long lead and dog bowl throughout your stay.

Please note that we will ask the breed of your dog upon booking. This is so we can keep the farmer updated as to the type of dogs on site at any one time, and to identify them in the event that they go missing.

Please do not leave your pets in the cabin unattended, nor allow them on furnishings. Owners are liable for any damage your dog causes to the cabin or the surrounding farmland and livestock. Please contact us if this occurs.

Rest + Wild cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury to a pet during their stay.

There is an additional fee of £25 per dog for the extra cleaning, which will be taken at the time of booking.

Payments

Bookings made online can be paid by Visa or Mastercard. Payments can also be made over the phone by calling our office.

A 50% deposit is required for bookings over 60 days away, and the balance will be automatically collected 60 days before arrival. For bookings less than 60 days away, the payment will need to be made in full.
